Notice: Brows By Monch require 48 hrs notice if you decide to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failing to show up to an appointment without notice will often result in being charged the full cost of the service on your card on file and being permanently restricted from booking. Arriving more than 10 minutes late is typically treated as a cancellation. Your service may be shortened, or you may be forced to reschedule and pay a late fee of $20. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: 1. Avoid Skincare Products: • Discontinue the use of retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, or any exfoliating products around your brow area at least 3-5 days before your appointment to prevent irritation. 2. No Tweezing or Waxing: • Avoid tweezing, waxing, or threading your brows at least 1 week before the lamination procedure to ensure there is enough hair for the process. 3. Clean Brows: • Arrive at your appointment with clean brows, free of makeup, oils, and lotions. • Please take a shower before your appointment because you won’t be able to wet your brows for 48 hours & if you do any kind of workout, do it before your appointment as well. 4. Avoid Sun Exposure: • Refrain from excessive sun exposure or tanning 48 hours before the treatment to minimize sensitivity and the risk of irritation.
